U.S. crude oil inventories rose by 0.574 million barrels for the week ending November 28, 2025. This follows a 2.774 million barrel increase in the prior week and contrasts with market expectations of a 0.8 million barrel reduction. Meanwhile, crude stockpiles at the Cushing, Oklahoma delivery hub fell by 0.457 thousand barrels, marking the fourth straight week of declines. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) was unable to release the comprehensive weekly report due to an internal issue and has not provided a timeline for its publication.
